The first thing you notice is the aroma of the place, the
tantalizing smells of real food being cooked: garlic, fine herbs,
caramelizing onions, steak sizzling on the grill, a waft of Pernod
as the chef flames his famous mussels. The second thing you
notice is the buzz, people talking, laughing, enjoying themselves.
Friends are greeting each other at their table; strangers are
sharing food and wine at the Chef's counter. The third thing
you notice is the feeling you are left at the end of the night: the
warm glow of sincere hospitality. We welcomed you into our
dining room. We took care of you, ensuring your were nourished
and nurtured. We want you to feel happy and that the world is
a beautiful place.
